September 30

morning - a bowl of quaker oat

lunch -  a mug of instant milo mix with oat

dinner - hungry but wanna avoid rice. so, i just ate the side dishes (chicken cook with black soy sauce)

supper - cream cracker biscuits and a chinese pear

As for me,

morning - a plate of nasi goreng with egg, a mug of milo

- at office, order 1 mug of horlick ice..hehe

lunch - a full plate of rice with chicken curry, 3 types of vegetables

dinner - a plate of chicken curry (again) and mixed vegetables..


and my weight is 55.5kg...
Hohohoh..
and the Dr. adviced me to gain weight..since now im 3 months pregnant...hoho
