morning - a bowl of quaker oat
lunch - a mug of instant milo mix with oat
dinner - hungry but wanna avoid rice. so, i just ate the side dishes (chicken cook with black soy sauce)
supper - cream cracker biscuits and a chinese pear

i took a bowl of quaker oat for breakfast..
in the afternoon i got lunch appointment with my ex-colleauge. he insisted to treat me lunch. i just can't refuse since he is really a good friend of mine. i ordered a plate of fried beehun and a glass of lime juice with less sugar.
dinner at 6.30pm. again, a bowl of quaker oat.. sigh...
9.30pm i felt hungry. open the fridge and found something than can be eaten. a chinese pear. then
